Stamping Around the Villages

Our next meeting is Tuesday January 23at 6:30 at Seabreeze.

Pat will be doing a card.

You will need:

Complementary colors of cardstock.

CS 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 for back of card.

CS 4 x 5 for top of card.

White CS 4 1/2 x 3 3/8.

Washi tape that matches one of your colors. I'll bring my stash.

Ink for your butterfly needs to be dark because the second butterfly will be stamped off first.

Either small dimensionals or the strip dimensionals. The strips work best. I have a package so I will be glad to sell you a strip(9") for a quarter.

I will bring white scraps for flower and small butterflies. If you have light green scraps bring for leaves.
I will bring my ink spots so there will be a variety of colors.
Bring basic stamping kit.

Janet will be doing a Snow Globe card.

You will need:

A2 card. Size 4 5/8" x 5 3/4"

white card stock

3 1/2” X 2 1/2”

2 1/2” x 2 1/2”

light blue cardstock

3 1/2” x 3 3/4”

dark blue cardstock

3 1/2” x 3 3/4”

1 1/8” x 1 1/2”

ink pads: medium or light blue and darker blue as contrast

colored pencils

adhesive: beacons 3 in 1 (recommended) available at Michaels, or Aleens

clear gel tacky glue, available at Walmart.

Lynn is doing a winter scene.

You will need:

White card stock - 4.25" x 11"

White card stock- 4" x 5" 

Green card stock - 4.25" x 5.5"

Green ribbon - about 12"

Scrap card stock for stamped sentiment, if desired

Used dryer sheet

Green stamp pad (for trees)

Blue stamp pad (for snowflakes if you'd like to include)

I will bring (but feel free to bring your own especially if you have favorites):

Tree stamps

Snowflake stamp

Glitter

Spray adhesive or Glue stick

Extra dryer sheets

Bring standard supplies - glue, scissors, etc.
