Stamping Around the Villages

Our next meeting at Seabreeze is on December 13 at 6:30PM.

Jeanette will show us this card:

You will need to bring;

1 sheet of double sided paper

1 card 5½ x4¼

a coordinating piece of card stock for front, 5¼ x 4

and both color scraps

ribbon to match

ink pad to match

score board

cutter

and your usual tools.

We will have our holiday social after we finish the card so bring a light snack(s) and drinks for yourself and, if you want, to share. This will be our last meeting of the year.

Bring a favorite die or project so everyone can see what you are doing.

Bring paper so you can make dies or copy a pattern.

At our next meeting on November 8 at 6:30PM Judy is doing the program.

From Judy:

I will be bringing some Christmas dies (at least 10 different dies) for everyone to share and use to make Christmas cards (think ahead for 2017 if you have already completed for this year).

It may be helpful to bring your own die cut machine if you have one. I will bring my 2 and the club has 2 for use.

Here is a list of some paper ideas to bring or use your own creativity: White, navy, red, brown, green, silver, gold, white "shiny", sparkle papers (red,white,blue,green) plus Christmas patterns.

You can complete a card(s) or just die cut and make cards at home. I will try to have a few samples of stamped cards for those who do not want/like dies

At our next meeting on October 25 at 6:30PM Shirley is doing the program.

You will need to bring:

White cardstock measuring 11 x 4 1/4” , scored at 5 1/2”

White cardstock measuring 5 x 3 3/4”

White cardstock measuring 4 1/2 x 3 1/4”

3 colors of washi tape

A silhouette stamp (She will have one or two)

Small jewels or sequins

Pop ups or pop up tape

Fine point black sharpie marker

All regular supplies including glue for your jewels or sequins

Black Versafine ink or Archival ink pad. No Staz-on please.

Besides your regular supplies, please bring the following:
For the bottle cap card:
Cream/Lt. tan cardstock
Ribbon scraps- 5 or 6 different solids/patterns each 4 inches long
Coordinating solids and/or pattern paper
Scraps red, yellow and tan paper for head and body
Small Google eyes
1 inch circle punch
A nickel
I have the bottle caps.

For the pumpkin corner card:
Cream/Lt. tan cardstock
Fall colors solid or pattern paper
I have cut the corner and "insides" of the pumpkin but bring extra paper
(solids and pattern) if you want to cut some extras (very intricate die so
takes extra time to cut).

Regarding our meeting on September 27 at 6:30PM at the Seabreeze Recreation Center:

Kathy says that you need to bring markers with your usual tools.
